Thinking of You

The challenge at As You Like It is to use your favourite rubber stamp and say why it is a favourite. In my previous post I used an acrylic stamp image, so just in case it's not allowed, I'm entering this card with an image from Crafty Individuals.  Making sympathy cards is not something that we want to make a lot of cards for but the majority of cards that I have made in the past few years have featured this stamp.  As a Christian I am aware that not everyone likes a religious card at this time and this image is perfect for me to use as I can always use a religious verse on the inside.  Saying this I have used it for other occasions as well.

I am also entering it into the following challenges

Sister Act #74  anything goes

The Pink Elephant #267 is a photo inspiration challenge with colours yellow, black, white and silver

Word Art Wednesday #149  anything goes

Paper Pretties #327 sympathy

Shopping Our Stash #168  to use a chicken (!) or any other bird

To create the trellis background I used Tessatina Border die from Memory Box and glossy black card.  The wren stamp, From Crafty Individuals, was stamped with black Memento ink and embossed with Anita's clear embossing powder and attached to the card with 3D foam pads as was the sentiment panel.  The sentiment is a silver peeloff from Craft Creations
