New Home

This card didn't start out as a new home card, it was going to be a little girl's fairytale birthday card.  It was only when I was choosing the papers that I decided that it was more of an adult design

I'm entering this card into the following challenges

Sew Many Challenges using the colour palette burnt orange, brown and yellow
The Pink Elephant autumn colours and black

The digi stamp is from Sew Many challenges and is perfect for layering.  I've only done the turrets on this card

The black element on the card is the sentiment and I'm loving using paper string on my cards at the moment

The colour of the rainbow paper was perfect for this card

  7. Hi Margaret... soooooooo good to hear from you. Love this card as moved house myself a few weeks ago. We converted a steading (not quite finished inside - in fact still loads to do inside but it is liveable now). Our previous house sold at just the right time (the Lord is good) and His Hand was upon the whole situation because the selling agents were dreadful and the sale nearly fell through due to their negligence! However, it is amazing how the Lord led and directed our steps through the whole situation. If you send me your email address to wendymmccallum at yahoo dot, I will send you a couple of 'before' and 'after' pictures.
